Power-packed Pancakes in West Sussex

Thought you couldn’t have pancakes on pancake day? If it’s because the mere thought of the fried, doughy goodness makes your stomach do the wrong kind of flips, then you’re probably right.

If it’s because you’re currently transforming yourself into (or already are) a sculpted, super-human demi-God, then think again!

You don’t need to re-invent the wheel, you just need to make a few slight alterations to the traditional mix to not only take pancakes off of the naughty list, but make them a nutritious, calorie controlled addition to your diet.

Elasticated waist band not necessary.

By the way, if my girlfriend asks, I didn’t tip the pancake mix I made yesterday all over the floor when pulling the milk out of the fridge for this video.

It was like that when I got here.

I know I can count on you.

This mix can be kept in your fridge for up to 3 days, so you can make it tonight and stick it in your fridge for breakfast tomorrow, or have it ready done for when you get home so you don’t have to faff about after work!

Bonus.

  1. Here’s the nutrition information per 2 pancakes (based on making 8):

    212 Calories
    9g Protein
    32g Carbs
    5g Fat

Don’t forget things you add to them such as fruit will increase the calories and adjust the nutrition information, so do account for it!

    Enjoy! 🙂
