What on Earth am I talking about?
Well you’ll no doubt remember a little while ago I posted a video explaining how if you eat beef mince, you’re probably sabotaging yourself unknowingly, especially if you’re shopping on a budget. The answer? Turkey Mince.
Less expensive, less fat, less calories. All around perfect weight loss food.
I then when on to show you how to cook it so it’s quick, easy, will last in the fridge a few days, will taste awesome, and can basically do no wrong.
Well as it happens, it looks like it can do wrong now. Very wrong.
So here’s why and how to fix the problem.
