Gym too far away? Too cold? Maybe your tired from work?

There are tonnes of reasons I hear everyday for skipping workouts, and believe me, with the length of time I’ve been working out seriously, I’ve used more than my fair share…

STOP! Making excuses...

The whole reason I developed my Worthing personal training programme is to eliminate a whole bunch of them. After all, when you have your whole programme laid out for you, and a team of new friends to help and support you, the process becomes as fun as the end result and most of your excuses won’t matter any more.

Where am I going with this? Well this is part 3… or 4… I forget… in my occasional “Ads that are Awesome” series, and this one (again from Nike funnily enough… they’re clearly on a roll here!) is a great reminder that in most cases, you just need to get over it and workout. When the ‘dorphs kick in afterwards, you’ll feel better for it anyway!
