There’s a great ad doing the rounds on ‘teh intertubes’ (that’s ‘the internet’ for those not down wiv da kidz…) at the moment. In fact it’s not often I praise ads, but every now and then something comes up which is sheer genius for one reason or another. For that reason, I’m going to start an occasional series right here on this blog.

This pic above is actually a fake, and not an official Nike ad. You can see by the awful spelling and grammar. It’s actually a redesign of Nike’s 2005 ad (part of a series) with the same text. Here’s the original.

Ads like this which actually attempt to impose a healthy body image are few and far between, so despite being a fake, spread it around. Click on the Facebook “Like” button at the bottom of this post. Use any of the “Share” options to spread the word… Whatever, just show your friends, and especially if you have teenagers.

Anyone who doesn’t like you sharing with them… well you know where to invite them to kiss! 🙂
