THE TRANSFORM SUSSEX GROUP FOUNDER

Ohai! My name’s Anthony Punshon!

I created the group Transform Sussex back in 2018 to cerate a space free from negativity, crabs, and energy-suckers that like-minded people can support each other, ask questions, and lift each other up on their journey to live a lean, healthy lifestyle!

I started my journey at just 12 years old as a 98 pound weakling. I learned (mostly the hard way!) how to get in shape, then after having my awesome baby boy, I blew a disc in my spine which left me immobile and on enough drugs to open a pop-up pharmacy.

Over the next few months I blew up like a balloon, and looked like I’d swallowed a beach ball. I found out (again, the hard way!) that approaching 40, what worked in my 20s didn’t work now! So I had to re-learn how to get into shape.

I’m not a 20-something trainer with no kids, an eat-what-I-like metabolism, and hours of free time to prepare meals. I’ve been painfully skinny, made the Pillsbury Dough Boy look like a catalogue model, and everything in between.

That’s why I built my company, PW Physique and Fitness, and started our group Transform Sussex… so that I could share my strategies, and secrets with other healthy-minded people and help you fast-track your success.
