HOW TO USE THESE WORKOUTS
All these workouts are quick circuits of around 3 minutes each, designed to stimulate the target muscles in the simplest, most efficient way.
Depending on your fitness level, you can do 2-4 circuits of each, taking 30-60 seconds between circuits.
Think of them as modular, so they can just be plugged into your usual workout as an add-on (extra work on your trouble spots), or can be used as standalone workouts if you’re strapped for time and just need to hammer a trouble-spot or two in 5-10 minutes!
You can also stack them if you have more than one trouble spot. E.g. if you want to tighten your bum, AND bring in your waistline, you can do both of those workouts together, back-to-back.
