Nutritionally, each bar comes out like this per serving:

98 Calories, 1g Fat, 13g Carbs, 8g Protein

Much better than your average Chocolate bar! I’ll stick the full recipe in the comments below a bit later on.

  1. I am sure Anthony put this up with me in mind. I am one of Anthony’s clients and a complete chocoholic! This looks great, tasty, simple and wheat free!

    What more could you ask for? I will get the ingredients and make this and post my results.


  2. They are delicious. I have making then down to a fine art. You can also use Apple baby food if you can’t get berry favoured.

    Definitely going to take them into work some time soon.

  3. Right, as promised here’s the full recipe:

    Pre-heat oven to gas mark 4 / 180 deg C.

    Bowl 1:
    1 cup Oat Flour (See vid for explanation)
    2 Scoops of Vanilla or Flavourless Whey Protein
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt (I used 1/2 in the video, but you can use 1/4 which is better)
    2 tbsp Cocoa
    1/2 cup Sweetner

    Mix stuff together.

    Bowl 2:
    4 Egg Whites
    8oz (200g approx) Fruit (some kind of berry) Baby Food
    4 fl oz Water

    Mix stuff together.

    Tip bowl 2 into bowl 1 and mix together.

    Bake for 20-30 minutes.
