98 Calories, 1g Fat, 13g Carbs, 8g Protein

They are delicious. I have making then down to a fine art. You can also use Apple baby food if you can’t get berry favoured.
Definitely going to take them into work some time soon.
Right, as promised here’s the full recipe:
Pre-heat oven to gas mark 4 / 180 deg C.
Bowl 1:
1 cup Oat Flour (See vid for explanation)
2 Scoops of Vanilla or Flavourless Whey Protein
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt (I used 1/2 in the video, but you can use 1/4 which is better)
2 tbsp Cocoa
1/2 cup Sweetner
Mix stuff together.
Bowl 2:
4 Egg Whites
8oz (200g approx) Fruit (some kind of berry) Baby Food
4 fl oz Water
Mix stuff together.
Tip bowl 2 into bowl 1 and mix together.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
